וראוי שהחלוקות יהיו זו כנגד זו, לא שיתפוס דברים שאינם יסוד בחלוקה ולא תנאים לה.
And it is proper that the divisions will be mutually exclusive.
ועל כן במה שכתוב "ועשה לפר כאשר עשה לפר החטאת" אינו מדויק, אחר שגם זה פר החטאת, ויש בו דרוש. (ויקרא ס' רנג)

And moreover, when it says וזה לכם הטמא בשרץ השורץ על הארץ(And these are they which are unclean to you among the swarming things that swarm upon the earth)⁵⁰⁸ – it implies that there are swarming things in the water.
