ויש הבדל בין "רגם אותו" ובין "רגם בו". ש"רגם בו" מורה דרך נקמה ומשטמה. ולא נמצא לשון זה רק במגדף (אמור סימן רמד).

And there is a difference between רגם אותו and רגם בו (stone him), in that רגם בו teaches the way of vengeance and hatred. And we only find this language with respect to a person who “blesses” God⁷³².
