The word עד (until) will sometimes meanעד ועד בכלל (up to and including) and sometimes mean not including. But in a place where it indicates two boundaries - מן...עד (from…until) – it means including the two boundaries. And there is a disagreement about this in the Gemara⁷⁵⁸.
