הַ֥לְלוּ־יָ֨הּ**׀** אַשְׁרֵי־אִ֭ישׁ יָרֵ֣א אֶת־יְהֹוָ֑ה בְּ֝מִצְוֺתָ֗יו חָפֵ֥ץ מְאֹֽד׃

Haleluya! Happy is the man who fears the Lord, who delights greatly in his commandments.
