שֶׁלֹּא לֶאֱכֹל מַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי שֶׁל תִּירוֹשׁ חוּץ לִירוּשָׁלַיִם – שֶׁלֹּא לֶאֱכֹל מַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי שֶׁל תִּירוֹשׁ חוּץ לִירוּשָׁלַיִם. שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (דברים יב יז) לֹא תוּכַל לֶאֱכֹל בִּשְׁעָרֶיךָ וְגוֹ' וְתִירֹשְׁךָ.

To not eat the second tithe of wine outside of Jerusalem: To not eat the second tithe of wine outside of Jerusalem, as it is stated (Deuteronomy 12:17), “You may not eat in your gates, etc. your wine.”

כָּל עִנְיַן מִצְוַת אִסּוּר הַתִּירוֹשׁ כְּעִנְיַן מִצְוַת הַדָּגָן, אֵין צֹרֶךְ לְהַאֲרִיךְ בָּהּ הַדִּבּוּר.
