Q. Witnesses testified that, before her death, B's wife asked B to give some of her clothes to her nephew A, and that B consented thereto. B, however, now refuses to give the clothes to A. A. If A is not a poor man, i. e. if he possesses more than two hundred zuzim, B may withdraw his promise of gift (cf. B. M. 49a).
