It is related in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: The verse states,¹⁷⁷ “Yissachar-יששכר is a strong boned-Garem-גרם donkey-Chamor-חמור.” This may be interpreted as follows: “There is reward-Yesh Sachar-יש שכר by the physical substance-Chomer-חומר being caused-Garem-גרם to serve HaShem.”
