HAKAFOT
אַתָּה הָרְאֵֽתָ לָדַֽעַת, כִּי יהוה הוּא הָאֱלֹהִים, אֵין עוֹד מִלְּבַדּוֹ׃
אַתָּה הָרְאֵֽתָ You have been shown [these things] so that you may know that the LORD is God; besides Him there is no other.
לְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת גְּדֹלוֹת לְבַדּוֹ, כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ׃
To the One who alone does great wonders, His loving-kindness is forever.
אֵין־כָּמֽוֹךָ בָאֱלֹהִים, אֲדֹנָי, וְאֵין כְּמַעֲשֶֽׂיךָ׃
There is none like You among the heavenly powers, my LORD, and there are no works like Yours.
יְהִי כְבוֹד יהוה לְעוֹלָם, יִשְׂמַח יהוה בְּמַעֲשָׂיו׃
May the LORD’s glory be forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works.
יְהִי שֵׁם יהוה מְבֹרָךְ, מֵעַתָּה וְעַד־עוֹלָם׃
May the LORD’s name be blessed from now and forever.
יְהִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ עִמָּֽנוּ, כַּאֲשֶׁר הָיָה עִם־אֲבֹתֵֽינוּ אַל־יַעַזְבֵֽנוּ וְאַל־יִטְּשֵֽׁנוּ׃
May the LORD our God be with us as He was with our ancestors; may He never leave us or forsake us.
וְאִמְרוּ, הוֹשִׁיעֵֽנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵֽנוּ, וְקַבְּצֵֽנוּ וְהַצִּילֵֽנוּ מִן־הַגּוֹיִם לְהֹדוֹת לְשֵׁם קָדְשֶֽׁךָ, לְהִשְׁתַּבֵּֽחַ בִּתְהִלָּתֶֽךָ׃
Say, “Save us, God our Savior; gather and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.”
יהוה מֶֽלֶךְ, יהוה מָלָךְ, יהוה יִמְלֹךְ לְעֹלָם וָעֶד.
The LORD is King, the LORD was King, the LORD will be King for ever and all time.
יהוה עֹז לְעַמּוֹ יִתֵּן, יהוה יְבָרֵךְ אֶת־עַמּוֹ בַשָּׁלוֹם׃
The LORD will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.
וְיִהְיוּ נָא אֲמָרֵֽינוּ לְרָצוֹן, לִפְנֵי אֲדוֹן כֹּל.
May our words find favor before the LORD of all.
וַיְהִי בִּנְסֹֽעַ הָאָרֹן וַיֹּֽאמֶר מֹשֶׁה קוּמָה יהוה וְיָפֻֽצוּ אֹיְבֶֽיךָ, וְיָנֻֽסוּ מְשַׂנְאֶֽיךָ מִפָּנֶֽיךָ׃
Whenever the Ark set out, Moses would say, “Arise, LORD, and may Your enemies be scattered; may those who hate You flee before You.”
קוּמָה יהוה לִמְנוּחָתֶֽךָ, אַתָּה וַאֲרוֹן עֻזֶּֽךָ׃
Advance, LORD, to Your resting place, You and Your mighty Ark.
כֹּהֲנֶֽיךָ יִלְבְּשׁוּ־צֶֽדֶק, וַחֲסִידֶֽיךָ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃
Your priests are clothed in righteousness, and Your devoted ones sing for joy.
בַּעֲבוּר דָּוִד עַבְדֶּֽךָ, אַל־תָּשֵׁב פְּנֵי מְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃
For the sake of Your servant David, do not reject Your anointed one.
וְאָמַר בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא הִנֵּה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ זֶה קִוִּֽינוּ לוֹ, וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽנוּ זֶה יהוה קִוִּֽינוּ לוֹ, נָגִֽילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָה בִּישׁוּעָתוֹ׃
In that day they will say, “This is our God; we trusted in Him, and He saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in Him; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”
מַלְכוּתְךָ מַלְכוּת כָּל־עֹלָמִים, וּמֶמְשַׁלְתְּךָ בְּכָל־דּוֹר וָדֹר׃
Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and Your dominion is for all generations.
כִּי מִצִּיּוֹן תֵּצֵא תוֹרָה, וּדְבַר־יהוה מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
For the Torah shall come forth from Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
אַב הָרַחֲמִים, הֵיטִֽיבָה בִרְצוֹנְךָ אֶת־צִיּוֹן, תִּבְנֶה חוֹמוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
Father of compassion, favor Zion with Your goodness; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.
כִּי בְךָ לְבַד בָּטָֽחְנוּ, מֶֽלֶךְ אֵל רָם וְנִשָּׂא, אֲדוֹן עוֹלָמִים.
For we trust in You alone, King, God, high and exalted, Master of worlds.
הקפה א'
First Hakafa
אָנָּא יהוה הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, אָנָּא יהוה הַצְלִיחָה נָא׃ אָנָּא יהוה עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ. אֱלֹהֵי הָרוּחוֹת הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, בּוֹחֵן לְבָבוֹת הַצְלִיחָה נָא גּוֹאֵל חָזָק עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Please save us, please grant us success. Please answer us on the day we cry. God of spirits, please save us; Searcher of hearts, please grant us success. Mighty Redeemer, answer us on the day we cry.
הקפה ב'
Second Hakafa
דּוֹבֵר צְדָקוֹת הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, הָדוּר בִּלְבוּשׁוֹ הַצְלִיחָה נָא וָתִיק וְחָסִיד עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Speaker of righteousness, please save us; Robed in majesty, please grant us success. Ancient and loving One, answer us on the day we cry.
הקפה ג'
Third Hakafa
זַךְ וְיָשָׁר הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם הַצְלִיחָה נָא טוֹב וּמֵיטִיב עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Pure and right, please save us; Gracious and compassionate, please grant us success. He who is good and does good, answer us on the day we cry.
הקפה ד'
Fourth Hakafa
יוֹדֵֽעַ מַחֲשָׁבוֹת הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, כַּבִּיר כֹּֽחַ הַצְלִיחָה נָא לוֹבֵשׁ צְדָקוֹת עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
He who knows thoughts, please save us; Mighty and resplendent, please grant us success. Robed in righteousness, answer us on the day we cry.

Fifth Hakafa
מֶֽלֶךְ עוֹלָמִים הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, נָאוֹר וְאַדִּיר הַצְלִיחָה נָא סוֹמֵךְ וְסוֹעֵד עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Eternal King, please save us; Resplendent and mighty, please grant us success. Supporter of the fallen, answer us on the day we cry.
הקפה ו'
Sixth Hakafa
עוֹזֵר דַּלִּים הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, פּוֹדֶה וּמַצִּיל הַצְלִיחָה נָא צוּר עוֹלָמִים עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Helper of the poor, please save us; Redeemer and Rescuer, please grant us success. Eternal Rock, answer us on the day we cry.

Seventh Hakafa
קָדוֹשׁ וְנוֹרָא הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן הַצְלִיחָה נָא שׁוֹכֵן שְׁחָקִים עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ. תּוֹמֵךְ תְּמִימִים הוֹשִֽׁיעָה נָּא, תַּקִּיף לָעַד הַצְלִיחָה נָא תָּמִים בְּמַעֲשָׂיו עֲנֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם קָרְאֵֽנוּ.
Holy and awesome, please save us; Compassionate and gracious, please grant us success. Dweller in the heavens, answer us on the day we cry. Supporter of the innocent, please save us; Eternally powerful, please grant us success. Perfect in His deeds, answer us on the day we cry.
