All will thank You. All will praise You. All will declare: Nothing is as holy as the LORD. All will exalt You, Selah, You who form all – the God who daily opens the doors of the gates of the East and cleaves the windows of the sky, who brings out the sun from its place and the moon from its abode, giving light to the whole world and its inhabitants whom He created by the attribute of compassion. In compassion He gives light to the earth and its inhabitants, and in His goodness daily, continually, renews the work of creation. He is the King who alone was exalted since time began, praised, glorified and raised high from days of old. Eternal God, in Your great compassion, have compassion on us, LORD of our strength, Rock of our refuge, Shield of our salvation, Stronghold of our safety.

אֵין כְּעֶרְכֶּֽךָ None can be compared to You, there is none besides You; None without You. Who is like You? None can be compared to You, LORD our God – in this world. There is none besides You, our King – in the life of the World to Come. There is none but You, our Redeemer – in the days of the Messiah. There is none like You, our Savior – at the resurrection of the dead.

אֵל אָדוֹן God, LORD of all creation, the Blessed, is blessed by every soul. His greatness and goodness fill the world; knowledge and wisdom surround Him.

Exalted above the holy Ḥayyot, adorned in glory on the Chariot; merit and right are before His throne, kindness and compassion before His glory.

Good are the radiant stars our God created; He formed them with knowledge, understanding and deliberation. He gave them strength and might to rule throughout the world.

Full of splendor, radiating light, beautiful is their splendor throughout the world. Glad as they go forth, joyous as they return, they fulfill with awe their Creator’s will.

Glory and honor they give to His name, jubilation and song at the mention of His majesty. He called the sun into being and it shone with light. He looked and fashioned the form of the moon.

All the hosts on high give Him praise; the Seraphim, Ophanim and holy Ḥayyot ascribe glory and greatness –

לָאֵל To God who rested from all works, and on the seventh day ascended and sat on His throne of glory. He robed the day of rest in glory and called the Sabbath day a delight. This is the praise of the seventh day, that on it God rested from all His work. The seventh day itself gives praise, saying, “A psalm, a song for the Sabbath day. It is good to give thanks to the LORD.” Therefore let all He has formed glorify and bless God. Let them give praise, honor and grandeur to God, the King, who formed all things, and in His holiness gave a heritage of rest to His people Israel on the holy Sabbath day. May Your name, O LORD our God, be sanctified, and Your renown, O our King, be glorified in the heavens above and on the earth below. May You be blessed, our Deliverer, by the praises of Your handiwork, and by the radiant lights You have made: may they glorify You. Selah!

תִּתְבָּרַךְ May You be blessed, our Rock, King and Redeemer, Creator of holy beings. May Your name be praised for ever, our King, Creator of the ministering angels, all of whom stand in the universe’s heights, proclaiming together, in awe, aloud, the words of the living God, the eternal King. They are all beloved, all pure, all mighty, and all perform in awe and reverence the will of their Maker. All open their mouths in holiness and purity, with song and psalm, and bless, praise, glorify, revere, sanctify and declare the sovereignty of –

the name of the great, mighty and awesome God and King, holy is He.

All accept on themselves, one from another, the yoke of the kingdom of heaven, granting permission to one another to sanctify the One who formed them, in serene spirit, pure speech and sweet melody. All, as one, proclaim His holiness, saying in reverence:

Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole world is filled with His glory.

The Ḥayyot sing out, /and the Cherubim glorify, / and the Seraphim pray, / and the Erelim bless, / with the face of each Ḥayya and Ophan and Cherub / turned toward the Seraphim. / Facing these, they give praise, saying:

Then the Ophanim and the Holy Ḥayyot, /with a roar of noise, / raise themselves toward the Seraphim and, /facing them, give praise, saying:

Blessed is the LORD’s glory from His place.

לְאֵל To the blessed God they offer melodies. To the King, living and eternal God, they say psalms and proclaim praises. For it is He alone who does mighty deeds and creates new things, who is Master of battles and sows righteousness, who makes salvation grow and creates cures, who is is revered in praises, the LORD of wonders, who in His goodness, continually renews the work of creation, day after day, as it is said: “[Praise] Him who made the great lights, for His love endures for ever.”

May You make a new light shine over Zion, and may we all soon be worthy of its light. Blessed are You, LORD, who forms the radiant lights.

אַהֲבָה You have loved us with great love, LORD our God, and with surpassing compassion have You had compassion on us. Our Father, our King, for the sake of our ancestors who trusted in You, and to whom You taught the laws of life, be gracious also to us and teach us. Our Father, compassionate Father, ever compassionate, have compassion on us. Instill in our hearts the desire to understand and discern, to listen, learn and teach, to observe, perform and fulfill all the teachings of Your Torah in love. Enlighten our eyes in Your Torah and let our hearts cling to Your commandments. Unite our hearts to love and revere Your name, so that we may never be ashamed. And because we have trusted in Your holy, great and revered name, may we be glad and rejoice in Your salvation. Bring us back in peace from the four quarters of the earth and lead us upright to our land. For You are a God who performs acts of salvation, and You chose us from all peoples and tongues, bringing us close to Your great name for ever in truth, that we may thank You and proclaim Your Oneness in love. Blessed are You, LORD, who chooses His people Israel in love.

God, faithful King!

Listen, Israel: the LORD is our God, the LORD is One.

Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom for ever and all time.

וְאָהַבְתָּ Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. These words which I command you today shall be on your heart. Teach them repeatedly to your children, speaking of them when you sit at home and when you travel on the way, when you lie down and when you rise. Bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be an emblem between your eyes. Write them on the doorposts of your house and gates.

וְהָיָה If you indeed heed My commandments with which I charge you today, to love the LORD your God and worship Him with all your heart and with all your soul, I will give rain in your land in its season, the early and late rain; and you shall gather in your grain, wine and oil. I will give grass in your field for your cattle, and you shall eat and be satisfied. Be careful lest your heart be tempted and you go astray and worship other gods, bowing down to them. Then the LORD’s anger will flare against you and He will close the heavens so that there will be no rain. The land will not yield its crops, and you will perish swiftly from the good land that the LORD is giving you. Therefore, set these, My words, on your heart and soul. Bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be an emblem between your eyes. Teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit at home and when you travel on the way, when you lie down and when you rise. Write them on the doorposts of your house and gates, so that you and your children may live long in the land that the LORD swore to your ancestors to give them, for as long as the heavens are above the earth.

וַיֹּֽאמֶר The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to the Israelites and tell them to make °tassels on the corners of their garments for all generations. They shall attach to the °tassel at each corner a thread of blue. This shall be your °tassel, and you shall see it and remember all of the LORD’s commandments and keep them, not straying after your heart and after your eyes, following your own sinful desires. Thus you will be reminded to keep all My commandments, and be holy to your God. I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.

°True –

The LORD your God is true –

וְיַצִּיב And firm, established and enduring, right, faithful, beloved, cherished, delightful, pleasant, awesome, mighty, perfect, accepted, good and beautiful is this faith for us for ever.

True is the eternal God, our King, Rock of Jacob, Shield of our salvation. He exists and His name exists through all generations. His throne is established, His kingship and faithfulness endure for ever.

His words live and persist, faithful and desirable °for ever and all time. So they were for our ancestors, so they are for us, and so they will be for our children and all our generations and for all future generations of the seed of Israel, Your servants.

For the early and the later generations this faith has proved good and enduring for ever – True and faithful, an irrevocable law.

True You are the LORD: our God and God of our ancestors, our King and King of our ancestors, our Redeemer and Redeemer of our ancestors, our Maker, Rock of our salvation. Our Deliverer and Rescuer: this has ever been Your name. There is no God but You.

עֶזְרַת You have always been the help of our ancestors, Shield and Savior of their children after them in every generation. Your dwelling is in the heights of the universe, and Your judgments and righteousness reach to the ends of the earth.

Happy is the one who obeys Your commandments and takes to heart Your teaching and Your word.

True You are the Master of Your people and a mighty King who pleads their cause. True You are the first and You are the last. Besides You, we have no king, redeemer or savior.

From Egypt You redeemed us, LORD our God, and from the slave-house You delivered us. All their firstborn You killed, but Your firstborn You redeemed. You split the Sea of Reeds and drowned the arrogant. You brought Your beloved ones across. The water covered their foes; not one of them was left.

For this, the beloved ones praised and exalted God, the cherished ones sang psalms, songs and praises, blessings and thanksgivings to the King, the living and enduring God. High and exalted, great and awesome, He humbles the haughty and raises the lowly, freeing captives and redeeming those in need, helping the poor and answering His people when they cry out to Him.

Praises to God Most High, the Blessed One who is blessed. Moses and the children of Israel recited to You a song with great joy, and they all exclaimed:

“Who is like You, LORD, among the mighty? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, doing wonders?”

With a new song, the redeemed people praised Your name at the seashore. Together they all gave thanks, proclaimed Your kingship, and declared:

“The LORD shall reign for ever and ever.”

צוּר יִשְׂרָאֵל Rock of Israel! Arise to the help of Israel. Deliver, as You promised, Judah and Israel.

Our Redeemer, the LORD of hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel.

Blessed are You, LORD, who redeemed Israel.
