Understanding the 2 parts of Da'as: 1) Supernal Da'as ; & 2) Spread out Da'as. Da'as is  all about connection. Da'as is where self-awareness comes from. Healthy speech comes from a proper development of Da'as - especially when telling stories or singing, which arouses the lower level of da'as.
