This letter consoles the recipient and his family on a tragic passing and blesses them with only revealed good. Since consolation also mends the past, it wishes them a "double" consolation, far more than double in measure, and encourages his teaching at the yeshivah in Kfar Chabad as a merit for the departed and a blessing for the family.
