This shiur explains the Alter Rebbe's teaching on the wonder of clarifying a halachah from the Gemara and the poskim: it raises the halachah out of the kelipos that concealed it, freeing sparks of supernal Chochmah from exile. This is why the Ra'aya Mehemna calls a kushya something from the side of evil.
