This shiur explains the Alter Rebbe's teaching that only souls below, clothed in a physical body, can refine kelipas nogah, which is why the upper worlds come to hear chiddushei Torah from below. Every Jew can and must reveal new Torah wisdom according to his soul's root, redeeming sparks of the Shechinah.
