This shiur explains the Alter Rebbe's letter on the Supernal Will, called Kesser Elyon, which stands above wisdom and is clothed in the 613 mitzvos and the 7 Rabbinic mitzvos. Like pillars joining a house's floor to its ceiling, the mitzvos join the highest levels to this world and become garments for the soul.
