Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2026
TorahLM is a free service from TorahApp. It provides Jewish primary sources, Halachipedia articles, dictionary entries, and shiurim listings through TorahLM.org, its API, and its remote MCP server. By using TorahLM you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You may read, search, and cite TorahLM texts, and connect TorahLM to an AI assistant, for personal, educational, and research use. Please do not use automated access in a way that degrades the service for others; we may rate-limit or block traffic that does.
The texts
The texts come from Sefaria, Halachipedia, Dicta, and other sources, each under its own license. The license and source of a text are noted with it where available, and you are responsible for following them when you reuse a text. TorahLM does not claim ownership of these texts.
Not a halachic ruling
TorahLM and the AI assistants connected to it are study aids. Nothing they return is a psak (halachic ruling). For practical questions, ask a rabbi.
TorahApp sign-in
Some optional tools, such as reading your own TorahApp activity, ask you to sign in with your TorahApp account. TorahLM then reads only the data those tools describe, and only when you call them. Disconnecting TorahLM in your assistant makes the assistant discard its access, but the authorization and sign-in stored on our side stay until you email support@torahlm.org to have them revoked and deleted. See the privacy policy.
No warranty
TorahLM is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Texts may contain transcription or conversion errors, and the service may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, TorahApp is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions: support@torahlm.org.
