ויש הבדל בין לשון "טמא" ובין לשון "וטומאתו עליו". שלשון "טומאתו עליו" לא יצדק על טומאת בשר שאין לו תקנה בטבילה. (צו ס' קלא)

And there is a difference between the language טמא (unclean) and the language וטומאתו עליו (having his uncleanness upon him)⁶²⁵: טומאתו עליו is not correct when referring to uncleanness of flesh that cannot be corrected through immersion in a ritual bath.
