(דברים א ח) רְאֵה נָתַתִּי לִפְנֵיכֶם אֶת הָאָרֶץ, אָמַר לָהֶם: אֵינִי אוֹמֵר לָכֶם לֹא מֵאֹמֶד וְלֹא מִשְּׁמוּעָה, אֶלָּא מַה שֶּׁאַתֶּם רוֹאִים בְּעֵינֵיכֶם. בֹּאוּ וּרְשׁוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ, אָמַר לָהֶם: כְּשֶׁאַתֶּם נִכְנָסִים לָאָרֶץ אֵין אַתֶּם צְרִיכִים כְּלֵי זַיִן, אֶלָּא קוֹבֵעַ דִּיּוֹפְטִין – וּמְחַלֵּק.

Pisqa’ 7⁸³
- “See! I have placed the Land before you!” (Dt. 1:8). Moses said to them: I won’t expect you to accept rumors or tales **Rather, only what you see with your own eyes!**⁸⁴ 19.1 “Come and take possession of the Land!” (Dt. 1:8). Moses said to them: When you enter the Land you won’t need weapons. Just survey it and dole it out !
